AZ Full manual brakes! Ideas?

Going to go to full manual brakes because of running a PP for a track only car. Any thoughts on what stock master cylinder to use WITHOUT a booster? I plan on using a 7/8" and leave the booster , or make a standoff to get rid of it entirely.
I've used Willwood duals with balance bar and was less than thrilled. Better luck with a tandem cylinder and using a manual proportioning valve.

I'm asking what model has a 7/8" master that will bolt up, and any ideas or other options. You guys have got way more parts experience than I do.

Thanks!

GD

My dual master set up has a 5/8 and 7/10, and I had to change the pedal ratio to get into that range. A 7/8 may be a little too big with the stock pedal ratio.

Thanks for the info! So it looks like a 3/4" might be more in line. I'm not sure what a "7/10" is. Maybe a .750"?

I do have a full set up for 3/4"CNC master and a Kelsey Hayes prop valve.

Do not like the balance bar system. Very bad for mechanical losses to the cylinder. I'd rather use a tandem and prop valve.

Thanks again!

i've been driving my P port around without the booster hooked up, and its surprisingly ok. it feels like a gsl-se, but with a firmer pedal.

is it ideal? no. am i going to hook up the booster? yes. is it drivable in the meantime? yes

car in question is an 82 with GSL brakes

7/10 is a .700 dia, just a little under a 3/4. That was the step that Tilton had to work with the 5/8 for the front.

Thanks for the clarificaiton. I honestly would not have vacuum brakes on a "TRACK ONLY "car. This is a very large PP of the MFR variety.
It should be WOT most of the time or I need to increase my driving skills.

Thanks,

GD
