is the stud still there? or is it completely flat with the surface?

If the stud still sticking out you can use a stud remover kit, if its not then your option is drilling it out.

She actin really stupid now

I can't figure it out I need some help on this one I'm going to re-remove the CAS and reinstall it in the morning when I get up. I had to completely remove it to get that F'EN stud off which by the way took me 45 minutes to get off after soaking it with PB Blaster when I first made this post.I read in another post when I Searched this problem earlier. Some on had the same thing on a TII and they talked about the CAS, TPS, vacuum leaks and Injector o-ring leaks . I just hope it's the CAS any help would help thanks guys!!!

Did you maybe lose your TDC indexing when you pulled the CAS & put it back? You might be off by a tooth.

SHE IS DONE!!! I got it fixed. When I removed the CAS I didn't put the damn thing to TDC and and the mark got moved by 2 teeth which had it not starting causin it to flood.so my timing was way off. She's alot better now I jest have to clean that ground on the LIM by removing all that **** to get to the bolt !!!

What a great example of how we fall in love with our rotary's. Day's of miserable hair pulling frustration when it looks like the car is completely unreliable (usually related to a minor screw-up on our part), followed by that blissful moment when it all comes together and your bond is forever tightened. Give her a pat on the *** for me.

LOL Yeah I made it back from Vegas just now... I think the Stuttering problem that my car is having is from My injector, due to at any givin time mainly in 5th around 3500 it feels like she's not getting gas. I've heard a few people talk about vacuum leaks at the injectors ... Any thoughts or comments?
