i have an 87tii with all emissions removed an s5 turbo setup cas bov freeflowing catless exhaust , electric fan etc.

1 the electric fan replacement i have is hacked and ive redone all the wiring to it but the orange light on the dash is still on what should i check ?

2 i have been trying to tune my tps for awhile but it hasnt worked outive triede many multimeters and they allmost always read 0.00 no matter if its voltage or resistance. im not sure if i should follow the wires to the ecu or what any suggestions would be great.
