what injectors to use?

i am working on my 70 roto bug project and wondering what injectors to use. the motor is a 1985 SE 13b stock porting going to change to a 2nd gen intake and TB and ignition. the MS is a ms2 v3.0. the injector that came with the motor need to be tested but i heard the engine run before i bought it so i know they work somewhat. so question is should i use the SE injectors? the s4 injectors? aftermarket? or different yr model? thanks

I don't know a definitive answer to your somewhat vague question. However, I'm under the impression that the SE engine was a 4 port with 2 injectors whereas the FC engines were 6 port with the staged 4 injector and valve actuated secondary port scheme. If my limited knowledge is correct, the FC intake will not work with your SE engine. Further, if you have all the SE parts I'm not sure there's a huge reason to not utilize them as Mazda intended.

The se is a 6port with actuators. I read on rotary resurection that people gain upto 15hp by switching to a 2nd gen intake. Maybe this is because of the staged injection? So this would mean I would use the injectors that come with the new intake. So does the fc have 2 fuel rails?

The SE throttle body is very restricting, and that is why peope do the swap, the injectors also SUPPORT moreFUEL/ power, but first you'll need to support more AIR.

As in the s4 throttle body? I was planning on using it when I changed intakes. So I should plan on using the s4 injecrtors as well?

I would say to sell the valuable GSL-SE 680CC injectors and use 4 worthless S4 NA injectors. Assuming you are going with the 2nd gen intake. If not, then you need to continue to use the GSL-SE injectors.
