Well, you'll already have the 6PI and VDI solenoids on the rack, so you just need a way to trigger them. 2 RPM switches from summit racing will do it. They're about $50 a piece, and you can set them to 3800 RPM & 5200 RPM. On an S5 ACV, there is a nipple that will be your air source, and then there are metal hardlines going from there to the solenoids, then to the two aux. port actuators and the VDI actuator.

The VDI and Aux ports open at different times. Rotary Rocket indicated them in his post.

I have a couple of after market shift lights that are ajustable. If i used the wire that turns the bulb on (the shift light) to turn on the VDI and the 6PI sylenoid (i would use 2 one for each) would this work?

I guess that could work. The solenoids need very little current to activate.
