Jacobs FC1000 killed my coil!

Has anyone else had this problem? I know one other person who has had this problem. Does anybody know of a better coil to run or should I just another stock coil? Any and all assistance is appreciated.

Thanks.

The FC coils are the best of the stock coils from the Rx7 line, I haven't heard of any FC coils getting burned up

So I should just go ahead and pickup another stock coil then? I found one for a killer deal.

My FC1000 burned up after a few years. Coil was still ok though after I uninstalled pack.
