87 Mazda RX7 new rebuild won't start

I just bought a 87 RX7 with a 13b non-turbo. I can't get it running. It will turn over nice and the first couple seconds it will try and fire then nothing and it floods out. I tried the mystery oil thing with putting some in the bottom plugs holes and it did start right up but had to keep it above 2,000rpm or it would die. After that still wouldnt start. It was just rebuilt and has all the emissions controls, a/c, and power steering taken off. It has spark, fuel pump is good, new fuel filter, plugs and wires, thermo switch, fpr, all vacums are secure or capped, compression test showed about 105 for each. Fuel lines are on correctly and havent seen any leaks(injectors were cleaned). I am very new to these motors and was wondering if anyone would be able to help steer me in the right direction with what is wrong. Also the add coolant light comes on when I try to start it after awhile when the key is on and has an awful buzz noise.

First off, where in IA are you located?

Secondly - Sounds like a vac leak of some sort. The buzzing is normal when the add coolant light comes on.

I'm in Des Moines. The only thing I can think of that would be leaking is where the emissions were taken off and they put a plate on the passengerside on the motor under the intake. It has a bolt that was broke off and was placed on with only 1 bolt. I did get another bolt and made a gasket for it to try and seal it but it still is missing one bolt not sure if that has anything to do with it.

I just went thru this problem couple of weeks ago. Yes you will have to let it idle at 1500 rpm for several hours and then drive it with ease. Once you have a stable idle try to bring it down to 750 and adjust your timing at the same time. Drive it around for several hundred miles under 4000 rpm then gradually give it a wot. Once you have five hundred miles on it make sure that you warm up the engine and let it rip like you drive it on the race track. Most of the bikers use the hot break in process which give them a higher horse power and much cleaner piston and other related parts of the engine. Compared to a conservative break in process using the factory manual it accumulates more carbon deposit which means it was not broken in properly.
