Real quick, I cant get the seal on around the 2 front corners. Is there an easy way to remove the painted portion of the sunroof other than removing headliner and pillar plastic like in FSM. Looks like too much work and I'd hat to crak the briitle plastic. I tried search but it only says 'Done'

 

Its easy to remove the painted top portion of the sunroof. For anyone who is thinking of removing there's for cleaning the rails or for whatever:

1) Move the sunroof back about 3-4 inches
2) Pop the headliner piece in the sunroof loose and pull it forward and out. You can see the backside of the headliner in the picture with the plastic snaps. Theres a rear black alignment pin that snagged on me and I didnt know, so watch for that.
3) Theres 6 (3 ea side) 10mm nuts holding the top on. Remove those and lift off. Thats it.
