i want to pick these volk gt-7 rims up for my fd. the ones i am looking at are 18x9 +44(disk c) front, and 18x10 +44(disk c) rear. i know from jimlabs calculator that the wheels will fit under the car. but will the front face of the disk clear the brakes? i have stock fd brakes.

from another post i found it looked like there was a little more than 3/4" inch of space between the face and spec99 brakes.

anyone know for sure?

any help would be great.
