Which Wideband O2

I know it is recommended to get a wideband O2, but i was looking at the kits, and there are some with a gauge and other's without.. So i was wondering which kit i should go with that would be the best as far as compatibility goes with the MS.. I would like one that would give me the least problems when it comes to configuring it with the ecu..

and where would a good location for it be? I might just run my engine with the turbo now so would it be a good idea to stuck it on the downpipe?

I personally use an older self-assembled TechEdge unit that has been reliable and accurate. I do know of numerous people using the Innovate units. Both are supported via the MS without issue. Your downpipe should be perfect, you do not want to overheat the sensor.

The downpipe will likely still be too hot for the bosch sensor (which basically all of them use). Mine is right after the bend in the pipe between the DP and the main cat (must be pre-cat), and has been working well there for a while. I am using the Innovate LC-1, and its been a great little unit, especially considering the price. I have it mounted on the inside of the frame rail right near where the speedo cable comes out of the transmission, and I run the wires up thru the shifter hole (although I did need to make a guard around the U-joint to protect the wires).

I always used the AEM UEGO. It has a gauge, serial port logging and a configurable output (default 0-5V works for the 'Squirt). Offhand I don't remember what sensor it uses but I always put them a few feet from the turbo and have had no issues.

I've used the TechEdge 2A0 and never had problems with that. The older Innovate LC-1's had problems with DACs frying, but I think they've got that fixed now.

I have a Techedge 2CO wideband kit for sale that is brand new never used.

I put it on eBay, but the max bidder flaked out. Let me know what you think or if you have any questions.
