Need Help with my 88 Fc

After running for a while the idle drops to 2-300rpms and then will die out in neutral or when i push the clutch in. After wards it wont start. I tested it in my school shop and it was running rich then normal then lean and then rich again. I was told it could be the ignition problem or the crankshaft or a fuel promise. Help me out please!
Also it has a flooding problem..

Possible Problems

1) Leaking Fuel Injector
2) Timing Off
3) Thermo-wax pellet not working right, it holds the car at a higher idle untill warm, increase the idle some when it is cold.
4) TPS out
5) Low Compresson (Use Normal compresson tester modded for use with Rotary)
