can someone please pics of a first gen with rear seats??

Hey ya'll-

Adam and Courtney don't believe that some of the first gens had rear seats. I couldn't find any pictures of em last night. Can anyone post some or point me in the right direction?

Right on.

Rear seats

Hmm, something I just learned yesterday that I can use! It is an Aussie thing. Something about the car laws in Australia making it a requirement for these cars to have back seats too as far as I gathered. The Aussie said most of them want our storage compartments and most of us want their rear seats. If you ask me, I don't want either of them, hehe

its the other way around the US model cars wouldnt pass the US rear impact laws if the cars had the rear seats,,, As the US laws are much tougher that theyre aussie counterparts
there a pain in the *** to sit it and only add weight.
if i can get hold of a digi cam soon i will get some more pics from my car (thats my car above)

Hi.

Here are some pics of mine:

Notice how close the front passenger seat (the one on the left of the car) is to the back seat. That seat is pushed right back, but even so...

The back of the rear seat has metal so it may add some weight, but the bit you sit on is just molded foam. It doesn't weigh anything at all.

The ideal would probably be to have one seat in the back, and one storage bin.

Bye,
