It was out of an 82 GS and cost me 15 bucks! Fun fun fun!!!! Alls I gotta do is buy some new oil lines. Any suggestions on where I can buy good oil lines on the cheap?

I am absolutely going to buy new ones. Just wondering where. Mazdatrix has 'em but that's my last choice 'cause they seem to be a bit high priced on just about everything.

 

Buy the parts necessary from Jeg's. Get the Russell fittings and tubing. All you'll need is the adaptors from Mazdatrix, then...

I'll pull out the catalog and get PN's tonight. I made my own set of SS-braided lines for the engine to oil cooler hoses. Came out very nice...

Theres also Summit Racing too. often they are the same price, but sometimes one is cheaper than the other. It usually comes down to shipping, I can get stuff from Summit usually the next day

 

they are only about $120 or so at mazdatrix and they even have the good ones with the AN fittings.

I have stainless lines on mine that I had made by a local hose making company. Only $50, but the stainless is pretty much unecessary and heavier than just some hydralic hose that I could have had made for maybe $20-30. I'd get the hydro hoses if I had it to do over.

 

kinda on subject...
I didn't want to run the stock mounted oil filter/housing so I made a new one that will take a -10 fitting. I already had a guy tig weld some -10 fittings on my -se oil cooler so I figgured what the hell and go all out with a reote mount oil filter. I think I'm going to use a donaldson filter and filter head probably a 3 micron filter to get EVERYTHING out of the oil.
