You would most likely just get the PFC for that version car then it would not be a problem.

For American FDs, here are the wires and what they control:

Blue/Green or Blue/Aqua 3J = EGR switch (Ca only)
Black/Red 4F = split air bypass solenoid
Blue/Yellow 4O = EGR solenoid
Brown/Yellow 4P = AWS solenoid

Not necessary to cut all wires, some can just be disconnected or hoses pulled.

I just got the power fc from a guy here in texas. Would any of those wires not cut cause a fluctuating idle?? It wil fluctuate about 10 times then flatten out. Any comments

Only Black/Red 4F = split air bypass solenoid might affect ther O2 reading and idle.
But most likely you need to manually adjust the idle air flow a little.

For a RHD car from Japan you do not have to cut the wires. Just plug the Power FC in and you'll be good. Mine worked without any problems.

You know I don't really know, I'll have to take a look at mine once I get it back from getting the rims/tires balanced and get back to you.
