rear side slammed into by an idiot

Either this guy thought red means go or just wasn't paying attention, either way, some camry slammed into my right rear wheel well, probably taking out a few other things with it. Anyhow, to my knowledge since back panels aren't replacable, anyone have any ideas?

They're replaceable - but not for that minor of damage.

Easily repairable, don't sweat it. It won't be cheap persay, but a simple fix nonetheless. Take it to a qualified shop and you'll be fine.

Take it to a good body shop. Since he is at fault, his insurance should cover it.

Yep, it should. Your insurance company doesn't even need to know about it, either. It's totally unfair if your rates go up because others don't know how to drive, don't even take the chance of that happening.
