I had a similar issue with my NA. After doing the usual tests, tps, vac leaks, etc. I grabbed my lab scope and looked at the volts sweep of my pressure sensor at different throttle angles and found a consistent glitch just above idle. Grabbed a known-good sensor and Voila!....no more bucking. Other things can cause it, such as fuel pressure, tps, AFM, and 87 octane shitty gas from 7-11.

ive had the same problem with my 10th anny. i changed the ground from the battery to the engine(right behind the oil filter) and the ground right next to the windshield wiper motor that goes to the engine. but then my hesitation came back. but if u havent changed those grounds it might work for u. my hesitation is at 5500 rpm and it only happens about every other time. i dont know if urs it at the same spot or not. so if u figure out anything could u pm me and let me know what u did to fix it.

I don't know about the rest of you but I have never been so frustrated with my 7 that I even thought about selling it. That's just wrong IMO.

What do you have controlling those? If you have nothing besides the stock ECU and 720's in the primaries, then there is your problem.

Do you have the fuel map tuned well enough? Too much/too little fuel will cause it buck and jerk. Does it do it under acceleration? Under boost?

sold hahaha!!!iam not getting any check engine lights. My safc says that tps sensor voltage is .85 and tops out at 4.2 wot. Just wired the fuel pump to the battery so i know it's getting good voltage. Also i looked at some wires that sit by the trailing ignition that looked like they are hooked up to some relays??? what are these relays??

Once again, does your SAFC have a good tune on it? With 720's in the primaries you will need to pull fuel throughout the entire range in order for it to not run pig rich and buck around on you.

"Lean as hell" will make it buck around a ton too. Try adding some more fuel. Don't take it into boost if it is leaning out, unless you want to do a rebuild anytime soon.

I totally forgot about the meet this month. The GF and I went to a movie, and after we got out we both went "****, the meet was tonight!" .

Better luck next time?

And I'll bring those center caps!
