Identify these rims!!

Hey guys,

I was looking as a japanese rx7 meet thread with a lot of awesome pictures... One style of rims really stood out on the FD. I have no clue what make they are, however i think they MIGHT be Volk Racing.

Here are the pics.

I am fairly certain that all these wheels are the same.. maybe except for the silver FD, those seem to have a the spokes in pairs.

Thanks a lot.

Cool thanks.

I actually answered my question 10 seconds after i posted this... i thought they were super rare JDM rims that were going to be hard to find..

I think these rims suit the FD veryyyy well. Its almost as if they were made for the FD.

Aparently the 18x9's are 16lbs... compared to the 14lbs of the buddy club QF's id say thats pretty good

Too bad they are 617US each for 18x9.5's in bronze with a polished lip...... Buddy clubs arnt much more at 660 for 18x9.0. However the GTU's are ~500 for 18x9.5...

Hmmmmm... decisions.. decisions..

The 5th picture is not of CE28Ns. I think they are a newer style.

Also, there is a guy on here(can't remember his name or forum name) that has a red FD with black CE28Ns. It looks great.

The 5th should be the RE30.

You know, you're right. The Progressiv MEs only come in silver and the RE30s come in bronze.

They do look alike, the exception being the color and a deeper dish on the latter.

I don't know where you get your info, but it is not possible to get CE28N's with a polished lip. They are offered in solid silver, bronze & black only.

Talk to Rishie at www.autornd.com about fitment and pricing.

The ME's (top picture) are a street/sedan/fashion style wheel, while the RE30's are a lightweight race inspired wheel. They look similar but are actually very different
