Hmmm...I think as long as its got Battery Tie Down youre good.

http://www.infineonraceway.com/docum...RDragRules.pdf

There are the rules...I saw battery misc somewhere in there. Make it out...Ill be running in the Street Class.

Whoa...just read some of it...seems to be a little more strict on that piece. Take a look at the section for Electrical. There are specifics for a relocated battery.

It was burning...my car ran like crap because of the heat...all bad.

My first problem is launching this damn thing...cant figure out a good launch. 60ft were horrible....trap speed was good...quarter mile times i wasnt impressed....reaction time started high and eventually dropped. I havent been on a 1/4 mi track in 7 or so years...maybe more.

I didnt do anything to reduce weight...I have a full system and a 6pt cage that is heavy as hell, so Im sure that didnt help much.

It started off at 101 degrease out...and dropped throughout the day. First runs were in the 14's...as it got cooler, I hit 13's. With a good launch, cooler temps, and weight reduction, Ill be in the low 13's MAYBE high 12's.

I need to work on my launch...Im bogging in the beginning no matter where I tach at. It seems I need to ride my clutch a bit to get it to go smooth...but if I do that, then I end up burning out the entire first gear. If I tach at say 3-4k and dump the clutch, RPM's drop to like 2k rpm and it starts off REAL SLOW until boost.

Im not sure if this flywheels has anything to do with the launch, its not like its super light (11.5 lbs).

How do you guys launch your cars...what are you taching at?
