Aftermarket Steering Wheel Diameters

I was wondering how the diameter on aftermarket steering wheels are measured. I have a used Momo that comes in a 350mm and 370mm version. I was wondering is it measured to the center of the wheel grip or to the outside?

the measurement is the diameter of the wheel. if it were the radius a 370mm wheel would 2 ft across. kinda like driving a semi.

stock is 380mm.

most of the momo's i've used were 350mm - which is a perfect size imo.

most are just a circle so its a consisten diameter measurable from any point. some of the newer design D shaped wheels like the Comando are probably measured width wide. last time i measured one it was outside to outside.

Really, JK. I know that I'm asking if the 350mm or 370mm is measure from the center or outside of the steering wheel grip. The grip is at least an inch in diameter. I am using a power steering rack converted to manual and thought the extra diameter is my wheel is a 350mm would be nice. Its just trying to figure out if its a 350mm or 370mm wheel.
