I have talked with the RX 7 store here in Columbus, and they have offered there location for us to have a meet. They also are offing to make it a dyno day. 3 pulls for $35. That is an awesome price. They are moving into a new building next week and with that installing a new Dyno jet. There will also be burgers and dog on the BBQ with drinks.
This started as an RX 7 meet. But, with all the local interest, it just makes sense to have it as a big meet. It's still geared toward the rotary, but so many people said they wanted to come and see the RX 7's Zavier opened it up to everyone. I just want people to come and have fun.

I'm thinking we can put together a cruise in the afternoon or even. And for those interested, weather permitting, I know there will be people out from the local car scene.

The location will be at the RX 7 store from 10am till when ever.

I'm game...but i dont own my rx7 anymore but ill bring my stealth up for a meet, it'd be nice to see some nice 7's and talk to jacob and the guys.

 

Glad to hear the interest everyone. I will set up seperate parking for the 7's that should be no problem.

The new location is right next to the old one (100feet). So you can't miss it. It's a big new building that has a fence around it. So the address is the same. The new address might not come up on map quest yet.

(riverside drive) up to delaware and back it usually takes me bout 40/1h. let me know what you guys think.

 

No RX7 for me (yet...) but I'll be there admiring the beauty of twin rotors.

I WANT to go, but I have back to back gigs that Friday night & Saturday night. I just dont know how zonked I'll be Sat morning.

 

It's great so many people are coming. I know everyone I have talked to is gearing up their car for this. I know my tuner and I are busting our ***'s to get me finished up. I look for ward to seeing everyone there.

Sorry I missed this post. As of now, they are saying there will be no tuning. If no one is getting on the dyno, it might be worth asking them though. Just a thought.

 

UPDATE:

Great news. After some talking back and for with places for us to eat for the evening, it was decided on Quaker Steak and Lube. They tend to be more car oriented and have plenty of parking. Also, they are setting aside reserved parking for our group, and holding a section for us so we can eat together. We will be leaving the RX 7 Store and cruising to QSL around 7PM. After we eat, it should be about the time many of the locals from the car scene gather there.

I would like to get an idea of how many cars/people I need to have room for at QSL. I understand it's not going to be exact. But, the better idea I can give them, the better they can serve us. If some of you are coming in groups and could do one post for the groups #'s, that would be great. I just want to be sure we have plenty of parking and room to eat together.

i guess the cruise will be to quaker steak and lube lately the cops have been pulling people over alot on riverside. it could be do to the memorial tournament but you never know with dublin and arlington cops.
