M2 BB or XS T04E if you ask me. The pettit highflows will give you no performance gain. The M2's are nice, but you may have to wait a few months or years to get them. Why not go single now? I'm sure you could find something to sell?

Pettit Highflow is supposed to increase 15-20% (thats 37-50 HP) combined with the streetported motor I'm getting should be pretty good. The guy at Pettit said that if I have computer, intake, DP, Catback with the streetported motor and their highflow twins =380 HP

You may want to look into that. I've heard many people say that they don't offer a performance gain. Including employee's at Pettit.
Just a FYI.

Pettit's turbos do not give as big of a horsepower gain as most people think. maybe 15 RWHP, at most, as opposed to stock twins at the same boost. but, these turbos are more reliable, and could withstand more boost while still being efficient.

as for the "15-20% flow increase"...thats all it is. increase in flow. think of it as adding a cat-back that flows 15-20% more.

I just got my m2 set...they look decent...wheels are huge compared to stock...they spin easily. the build looks great..though some spit and polish would have been nice.

I will let you know next week..what my impressions are. The car should be broken in sometime around then.

I did have to wait two months for them though...am still waiting for their restrictor pill to get rid of mild smoking...dealing with m2 is very easy...but is more than a patient game.

I've heard decent things about M2s ball bearing but the price is a little high - 3K for basicallu using a used FD core - the Pettit twins as JoeD said might give 10-15 rwhp at the same boost but won't be an enormous or even very noticeable gain. For the money I'd go TO4E or go with BNRSupercars upgraded twins. Just his Stage 1, the secondary flows 480 cfm which is almost as much as both stock turbos flow combined. Talk about a kick in the pants - especially running sequential.
