Will a N332 Rtek 1.8 ECU work on a JDM S4 Engine?

I have a '87 T2 and the motor went a couple of weeks ago. I'm going to be picking up a JDM S4 motor in about a month. Does anyone know if a N332 Rtek 1.8 ECU will work with the JDM harness? If not, can I use the USDM harness that is in the car now on the JDM motor with the Rtek ECU? I've spent all morning searching and can't find any definite answers. I'm also going to be putting in 720cc injectors because the Rtek 1.8 requires them. I appreciate any info I can get. I just want to get everything in order before the motor comes in so I'll be ready for the swap.

I would venture a yes because I'm pretty sure an N332 or N333 ECU will work fine with a JDM harness, but don't quote me

Harness only differs on the interior/x15/16 harness side.

All the injectors wires and stuff are the same pins.
