racing beat 74-78 13b intake manifold on a 85 13b?

I want to go carb on my GSLSE 13b but the only model is the 74-78 from racing beat. would i have to modify the studs to make this fit? i know about the 6port but i think i can use the 12A side irons to remove that. (correct me if im wrong)

Sidedraft or downdraft?

If you are rebuilding the motor, yes, you can swap the plates to make it a 4port.

okay i see what my problem is. Im going to be running a bridgeport 13b. They have the kits for nonported (and maybe streetport) but the carbs on those are considerably smaller than the ones intended for the BP setups.

So what i might do is just use 12a side irons to make the 13B a four port.
