Exclamation Soft pedal pressure with new aftermarket clutch setup??

I just installed one of those ebay 6-puck clutch setups in my friends 91 Turbo II, but the clutch feels rather weak, or definitely not stronger than the stock cltuch setup. Anyone else have this problem???

Did the set up come with a new presure plate or did you just reuse your old one

Shoulda got an ACT street/strip setup. Best clutch on the market in my opinion. Have had one in all 3 cars I've had since I was 16.

This is what I got:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/XTD-S...QQcmdZViewItem
The name XTD is on both the clutch disc and pressure plate.
The name of the company that sells it is www.AimcoClutches.com
