Exhaust shop in East Bay?

Looking for an exhaust shop that can weld an SS bung in an SS midpipe, including actually cutting the sensor hole -- this is for a wideband install. Believe it or not, I'm having trouble finding a shop that says they can do this.

Any suggestions? Thanks, this is time critical....

rynberg,

I got mine welded at a shop in Fremont. They did a nice job for me. Except I screw up one time about where I want it put. Well, they fix it for me. Cost me about $20.
Talk to the owner, don't talk to the employee. The owner is a big white guy. Looks like he is from Texas.

Guaranteed Muffler.

Haha, thanks Larry. I'll definitely keep you in mind but was looking for some place a little closer...

I haven't had a chance to install your rollbar yet...hopefully over the holidays as my work is closed between Xmas and New Years....

Make sure the bung is not on the bottom of the pipe that would end up making Steves 02 sensor hang down and get scraped off.

The side is a good spot

the bottom also accumulates water and can ruin the sensor in a hurry.

i also have a hard time seeing exhaust shops that cannot do something like this, it shouldn't even need to be an exhaust shop to do a simple modification like this.

Just to let anyone know, I used the shop Reza recommended. They did a good job....

I mounted the bung right near the downpipe to midpipe junction, at about a 30-degree angle (aimed towards driver side). It looks like it should clear everything just fine.
