I live in the bay area, near sunnyvale, and i'm curious as to where cali people go to do their racing. I heard there was a big race held at an airstrip in modesto recently, anyone check that out? Infineon raceway is probably the closest legal track to me, but do you guys know where the street racing goes down? Skyline boulevard perhaps?

illegal racing is a lil dumb. i did that when i was younger. wont do that agian. 130mph in a stock 92 laser . doesnt make the cops happy.

 

Infineon has too many walls... Thunderhill is the track most commonly used around here as far as i know...


For spirited driving, hit Skyline, or i9.


As for street racing? Wouldnt know. but you can go hang out with the highschoolers in SJ off capiltol expressway.. they all meet at a starbucks/In and out down there.

 

You can try driving around 180 W Hedding St at night.

I live in the bay area, Some Mt routes are Highway 84/i9. Street racing I usually go to oakland/SF.
Meet up spot in Oakland is 23rd st exit next to Raindow, its a bread factory.
SF is either Serria bowl off the mission exit in daly city or Stonestown off the 19th ave in SF
Legal places are thunder and infineon. I think infineon is wack as ****. Ur racing up hill. That means bad time
