I installed the Greddy Power Pulley Set (Water Pump and Alternator pulleys only) and it came with a 29" 5-rib belt. After installing the pulleys, there is no way I can even begin to get the 29" belt around the alternator/waterpump/eccentric shaft pulleys. I measured with a string and I need more like 31 inches of belt. just wondering if anyone else has had this problem, just seems strange it would come with a 29" belt if that doesn't fit.

 

Are you sure you adjusted the alternator all the way down? If you're not comfortable with the belt then just go pick a longer one up at a parts store but be sure to leave room for adjustment.
