How hard should the front shocks (Tokico's with Eibach's) be to remove once everything is unbolted? Should they need pried in and out or should the lower arm go down enough to let them out under pressure.


I've discovered that in addition to a broken upper arm, the lower arm is bent and all the mounting points for the upper and lower arms are bent. I had to use spring compressors and a lot of prying to get the shock out!

I'm hoping the frame shop can fix everything and get it to 100%. Is this even possible, or will it always be slightly tweaked?

Any help would be appreciated.
