Spark, pressurized fuel system, no fuel being injected though....

Ok guys, my fuel system has fuel pressure and everything, no leaks, I took off a spark plug, its sparking, I turned it over with the spark plug out and no fuel mist coming out of the hole.

I have no clue what to do, all the injectors have proper connections, wiring harness is connected to ecu and everything else....

please help!

it had a pulsation dampener fire

I replaced the wiring harness, fuel injectors, vacuum hoses, oil metering lines, and anything else that was damaged.

I had a pulsation dampener fire...

I replaced everything that was melted.... wiring harness, vacuum hoses, OMP lines, etc. The first time I assembled it all together I had like 5 fuel leaks. found out I had some of the fittings finger loose, and some injector o-rings tore. Fixed all the leaks, put it all together, primed it, no leaks, and I know theres fuel pressure in the fuel rail. I am positive. I took the spark plug out, it sparks, but no "fuel fog" coming out the spark plug hole.

You may have fried the ECU.

the engine is turning and stuff, and everything else works, if the ecu is fried would everything else still work?

It depends...Do you have access to the ECU right now for some voltage measurements? The main relay is clicking (up near the trailing coil)? Are the injectors that you installed old (been sitting around for a while)?

Injectors sitting around for long periods with fuel residue in them could be the problem. Been there, lol...

Do they "click" when 12vdc is applied across the pins? That's a good sign, although they could still be non-flowing. Been there also.

Since you probably don't want to rip apart the UIM again at this point to get to the primaries, go ahead and read out the primaries' inputs at the ECU (to ground). Should have about 12v key on. What year/type car do you have? "Shopping cart" in your profile doesn't cut it...

Do you know which pins to read to ground for voltage? Should be in the "ECU" writeup we did a while back...

It's possible/probably that you have the fuel lines crossed somewhere. What you describe is what happens when someone puts a Jspec engine in a USA car. The JSPEC lines are just opposite of the USA cars i.e. the pressure line is the return and vice versa.

I know you did not do a Jspec swap, but you have the symptoms.

Since you had a fire and melted things, I'd suspect that the fpr is melted inside itself. As in out flow out of it.

Prove me wrong. Jumper the fuel check connector. Put the return line on the left side of the engine in a bucket/container. Turn the key to ON. If all is routed as it should be, then fuel should pour out the return line from the engine.

IF fuel does pour out the RETURN LINE FROM THE ENGINE.......then I'm wrong and you have things routed right.

I know about melted fprs. I bought a turboii that had a engnie fire. It would not pass fuel through the fpr to the return line. Replaced same to fix the problem. The FPR might look like it just got some soot on it. Nope. Melted inside. Blocks the passages to let fuel flow to the return hose. Done.
