HKS 40mm or 50mm wastegate
here is the setup
untouched s5 13bt block
OBX exhaust manifold
to4b turbo, 1.15 ptrim divided turbine, .60 compressor (soon to be replaced by a 60-1)
volvo intercooler, 1600 secondarys and a haltech.
I would like to go with the 40, for cost, and with the larger exhaust housing, it seames like a smaller wastegate is needed.

I'm shure a 40 would work great...but I like the idea of over building a car. That way, when the time comes to shoot for some big hp numbers, you allready have the components needed. My thoughts. CJ
I'd rather get tial wastegate, and this is coming from some one who owns a hks standard wastegate. Tial's are much better, it depends what your goals are. But if you're looking for more than 500whp you may want something bigger than a 40 mm wastegate. I think yhou should get a 42mm tial wastegate, that would be ideal.

yeh, tial is king, but it really has to do with price more than anything.
Im only 19 and in college so the budget is thin.
I ask because Im going to go with one of the HKS knockoff that are sold by SSautochrome on Ebay.
for reliability concerns, Im thinking of creating a cooling system for it.
