What fuel controllers can we get for our cars?

What fuel controllers can we get for our cars?
I need to tune my car properly since it always runs so RICH and was wondering what FUEL CONTROLLERS there are out there? I know of the Apex Super AFC, but its too expensive! Any cheaper alternatives?
