Don't expect to see it soon FD is still out of grasp . . . . it will be mine by Spring of 2005. When i do get it i will have enough money for all reliability upgrades, maintaince, v-mount, boost controller, ECU, and rims It's my "unicorn"(unattainable beast) so to speak haha.

Then why worry about the wheel fitment now?

It kills me when people ask questions like this, and they aren't even CLOSE to having the car.

Close to having the car? I have the money now: I just don't have stable income to support my purchase until spring of next year (maintence, tune-ups, etc). I'm sorry if i'm being smart and pacing my purchase instead of buying it at a time where i'd be sucked dry. Would you rather have a planned out FD or one that has been bought with no knowledge of the car so it can be blown up in a year?

Aftermarket wheels have no bearing on blowing up the motor. There is literally no point in posting about available wheels before you've even bought the car. For all you know, those wheels may be discontinued by the time you actually get around to buying them.

Since you have a year before even getting your car, you could use that time to read through the archives and become more knowledgable. Then you would know that 17x9 +44 offset wheels would fit, instead of having to ask.

Sorry if I sound harsh, just trying to be practical. I think it's admirable you are waiting for a point that you can reasonably afford an FD instead of buying one without thinking it through.

Actually i have been reading through the archives quite a bit. I've been here for about 6 months now and have started around 6-8 threads. I was pretty sure they would fit as long as the offset was above 35+-38+? Now i know
