Does anyone here have 3 or 4 point seat harness and stock seats? If so, how did you attach them? I know M2 has a rear tower bar with holes for a bolt but what about the two lower bolts?

 

You should never use a 4-point harness with the stock FD seats (or any other seat with integrated headrests). Check out any harness makers installation suggestions. You need a racing seat with slots for the shoulder harnesses or a seat with a non-integrated headrest that you can run the harnesses through.
