I have searched every thread on here and supraforums and the ones I have found have links and such but nothing really is explained good.

first : steps of sanding the aluminum and what grit to use. What tool is ideal for sanding surfaces such as all of our aluminum parts..

second: polishing, and getting the mirror look... what products are the best to use (compounds and polishes).
Tools to use ? dremel ??? or hand towels ???

third: coatings and finishes to make the shine last ?

I know there are a handfull of people on here that do excellent polish work and may not want to share the tricks of the trade but think of how many people will still get parts polished from you b/c they are not willing to try it themselves.
