BAHAHA!

Anyways - How much did all this cost you? Looks good, but at the same time like you skimped on a few things under the hood..

No offence of course..

Edit - But then again, Haltec isn't for someone on a budget..

None taken. But would you care to tell me what you are reffering to? I would assume my upper radiator hose is a point against me, but other than that I do not really know what else I still need to work on.

Looks like you put In alot of time and effort. Good deal ponykiller. 2 questions.

How come the TB Isn't painted Black? I dunno. I'd want to keep It consistent.

Is that a custom elbow you made, for the Intake? (I'm trying to source out a Greddy one, btw).

My previous setup was a hybrid turbo and stock TMIC, so you could only see the UIM and LIM and that is all I had painted. I will be pulling the TB and adapter plate off and painting them black to match the manifolds (i will also repaint the manifolds, and look into powdercoating this time). I am going to be porting and polishing the TB and removing a secondary throttle plate this coming week.

The custom elbow is for the intake, sorry that was not very clear. I actually bought it from a friend, so I can not tell you how to make one.

The upper rad hose, yes.

But mainly your Rad/IC mount area.. with the universal mounting bracket?

IMO That's not a good idea.. It wouldn't be sturdy enough for my liking I wouldn't imagine..

Those two stuck out at me while I was looking at an overall pleasing EB.

Blue bottle where the stock intake is located, remind what that is?

Looks good, what did you wrap the main harness loom with?

How well does the dp wrap work, as in noticeable heat difference under hood? Damn that **** is hot under my hood!

I want an s6 alt and borla muffler instead of my presilencer!

the blue bottle is probably a coolant overflow catch tank.

Actually, the universal mounting bracket (Home Depot Racing Department inc.) is VERY sturdy. I really had a tough time believing it would do what I wanted, but it does. It is very close, if not the same, as being as strong as the stock bar. The reason I have that bar there is because the front end of the car was wrecked when I bought it and to fix it, that had to be cut out. That was not a problem with the stock rad., but I had to find something for the Howe and FMIC.

I went to O'Reilly's and picked up some high temp engine paint. They will have several different types/brands/temp ratings. I actually did the LIM with 1200 degree paint, and the UIM with 600 degree paint. All rattle can.
