Wheel Offsets for 18s

OK, I'm going 18X8.5 front and 18X9.5 rear. What offsets will I need for my FD? Thanks in advance.

You'll typically find the 18,8.5 in a +40 or +45 mm offset, The 9.5' can be in a +40 as well. You can go with a little lower offset also from what I understand, but these are the offsets that are reccommended for that fitment.

Different wheels may slightly vary in offset, but it will be negligible.

thanks and good luck,

Rishie

Will a +45 be OK for both front and rear?

Thanks Rishie

It really depends on what wheel you pick. They each reccommend a certain offset for proper fitment. The reason it may vary from wheel to wheel is because of caliper clearance. Depending on how deep the dish is on the rim and how high the offset is, you may rub on the caliper. This is not likely, but does happen, as the styles and shapes of the wheel face are different.

Hope this helps a little. If you pick a couple of your favorite choices, I can find what reccommended offsets are.

Thanks, Rishie
