102 ppl now. I'd say maybe some superleggera's or SSR comps or volks would look nice.

thanks, so far the X's were the ones i was looking at too, but obviously i have some bad taste to start with, so i'd figure i'd ask before spending another 600$. also all these rims are 17". the ones on the car are 16"

definately the 5-spoke ones. I would have to agree that your current ones have to go.

so it looks like a toss up between the first 2... i would like a nice 5 star, kinda skinny, but not too expensive either. the X's are only 100$ a piece. you cant beat that, and its not like im EVER gonna get my money back on the ones on my car now

Rims

Definately the first one. All the others are so close to the same. Go to a dealer and look through their books, there's a lot more choices and you could find something that's different from everyone else but still awesome looking

DEFINATELY GO WITH 18" KONIG THEORY'S!!!!!!! get something with a big fat lip on it. Trust me you will love the 18" wheels. If you go with anything less you will be kicking your self in the *** when your looking at your weak *** 17's on your ride saying "damn it i should have went with 18's." Come on my 43 year old mother has 18" wheels on her 90 vert. And plus look at the lip on the Konig Theory that **** is so bad ***. i have Konig Imagines that are 18" on my 86 and it clowns every seven in Utah.

Out of those I vote for the Enkei rims.

I would stay away from too large a rim for ride quality (heavier and less tire sidewall makes ride harsh) and looks.
Oversize rims look bad on our cars to me. I have 16" and have never regretted it (well, it is a bit harder to find ultra performance tires for 16"). Anything over 17" looks BAD to me on FCs.

Check out Rishie for awsome wheel deals (ARDT2 on this forum).

I vote for Volk SE-37s (mesh pattern) in a dark color. Don't cheap out on your project now! The light weight will help ride quality. It is no coincidence the stock 'Vert rims are the lightest FC factory rims- it was about ride quality!

i know the stock vert rims are light as hell!! however, i HATE, i HATE, i HATE cleaning the stock vert wheels. anyone who has them should klnow what im talking about...cleaning the small little holes and a wrong turn of your finger and CRACK! if they were a little bigger id keep them.

i thought about a darker colored rim like the gunmetal, but i havent really been impressed with any. maybe if they had a nice alluminmum outter lip, thatd be cool, but im not sure im too keen on an all black wheel

i thought about 18", but i really think it'll effect the ride. it took a lot of convincing just to go to 17" i drive over 100 miles a day, and they are very hard driven miles. especially on turns. sometimes the 16" ones on my car even take a bite out of the fender. right now im fixing the accident i had and while replacing the fender i bent the lip in so hopefully the 17" wont be a prob either.

id really like a rim to show the brakes, weigh as light as possible and look a little unique. something with a really deep lip would look awsome but i cant find anything like that. something like the rims on this would look cool.
