Question Car seems dead between 3500 and 4500 rpm

The car seems to be missing something between around 3550-3750 rpms and 4500 rpm. It just seems to be lagging but then above 4500 or so zoom right up to 7k.

Is there something I can do??

It is a 87 13b non turbo. No mods yet. (Daily fun driver)

Check all electrical grounds in the engine. You might want to try searching for "ground" or something. They are notoriously bad.
