I'd like the help, but I've never seen the kits in person. I've only seen the pictures on the Veilside website.

IMO, while they appear to be shaped the same, the CI version seems to be a little more aggressive than the CII side skirts. However, that could be just from the Silvery shiny paint job which makes it appear that way...

LOL..."Deleted right away"........PMSL.....well anyway...some one might find this post and tell me....I had an idea to use the Type4 Border front and the CII sides with the Apexi rear bumper plus 99spec wing.

Check out this red FD.......see how the front of the sideskirt looks like it pans out and gets flat.

The check out the F&F RX7 from a similar angel....the sideskirts dont seem to pan out and go so flat like the other one....these seem to be more closer to the car and vertical....(less aggresive)

OK, after looking at various Veilside pics and regurgitating my lunch, I can say that the C1 and C2 are indeed different. Series7 has the C1. I remember how much his sideskirts stick out like fins, which rx7store says "The Combat 1 kits have more "edgy" tones and corners.
http://66.216.67.51/product.asp?0=203&1=231&3=111

"The Combat 2 kits have more of a "smooth face" tones and corners"
http://66.216.67.51/product.asp?0=203&1=231&3=117

Either way, plz no......

Okay! Here I am! Now let's put an end to all this "Rotor-Rooter" bickering.

Rooter, you musn't hate the player, instead, just hate the "game".

The CI kit that I have is not a replica, it actually came with the Veilside Sticker. Anyhoo, most civilians love the kit while most FD owners hate the kit. Which set of people would you regard more? Whichever one you come across more often.

Ok.. since I've seen both C1 and C2 kits up close and personal, the side skirts are indeed different.. you can tell from a mile away.. Like Rooter stated, the C2's are much more smoothed out from the C1s which are very sharp..

Glad I could help.. lets move on..

LMAO.....yea i knew it.........anyway I just wanted to make sure becasue the CII would flow very well with the Border type 4 front and then round off at the back with the Apexi rear bumper.....would make the car still look slightly standerd just a little more detaield i think..........But Im going to stick to my GTC thank you.....I like the shape of the Border bumper but it dosent go well with my colour tastes....you cant see it well in Black..........but the GTC look like a real killer in black plus I have never seen an FD here in NZ with the full GTC kit on it......lots of Veilside and others but no Mazdaspeed fans. Thanks guys......~ICE~
