You should just get some Autometer guages...thats what I'm getting. Since you already have the boost gauge, a good Air/Fuel or EGT gauge would be helpful on a turbo car, as well as the Oil Temp guage...since we 7's only have oil pressure(well, i do at least). Also, a good place to get them is either summit racing or carparts.com
Recently carparts.com joined w/ jcwcompact and so they offer a lot of new parts. Check out www.importhookup.com from time to time, they normally offer a 20% off coupon for carparts.com, and they said they'll bring it back in a little while after jcwcompact and carparts.com have settled down a bit.....hope this helps.

Yea, Autometer is the manufacturer. The gauges run anywhere from around $45 to $100 each, depending on what kind you get. There are the electrical and mechanical(I personally like Mechanical for the $$$ purpose). Other companies that make gauges are GReddy, Blitz, APEXi, etc...but those guys are expensive!! Also, if your getting more guages, you should get an APILLAR Gauge pod, they look sweet and are completely practical. Just don't buy one from www.rx7.com as I did..I paid $20 to much, lol....
I like the Auto Meter Ultra-Lite pillar-mount boost gauge in my TII. Be sure to stick with the Pro-Comp series (Pro-Comp, Ultra-Lite, and Carbon Fiber), as the other Auto Meter gauges (Sport Comp, etc.) are not very good.

You can see a large selection of gauges at the RX-7 Store on this site. Most people seem to like the Defi and Omori gauges best, although these are rather pricey. My favorite gauges are the SPA dual gauges, which make up the custom dash in my 20B car (sorry, no pics yet - still working on the bezel).

Summit is probably the cheapest place to buy the gauges. Their service is top-flight too. They actually next dayed a gauge to me, Sunday delivery at that, when they received it after a backorder at no charge. Their website is getting alot better too and has alot of info. www.summitracing.com
