Question 1.9 kg/mm2 = in psi?

What does 1.9 kg/mm2 equal in psi? I know that there is an easy way to convert it into psi, however, I can't remember right now.

how much is 1000 PS Output? all the HKS website say is this measurment... i am looking for something for about 25psi? would this be close?
