Just that... Where have you guys found the best prices on K&N filters? I went to local autoarts place and the K&N for my car was listed at $68 or something like that...

Junk yard. I found an K&N air filter for my '83 GSL for $2.

Another $8 for the recharge kit.

Total = $10

Hehehhe...yeah. I was lucky. I was at the junkyard looking for misc. parts and just decieded to take a peek in an air filter container and there it was. LOL

In anycase this thread might help other people who might need to find one at a lower price through the net.

by far the cheapest is your local shucks, checker, or kargen. plus the lifetime warrenty would be best redeamed there cause their a nation wide chain.

We have AutoZone, O'Riley's and Pep Boy's. All of which were in the $65+ range.

just the stock drop in replacement, nothing fancy.
