Street legal?
True it varys state to state but "street legal" can be anywhere from sticking to that states laws by the book to "My car wouldn't pass state D.O.T. laws by a long shot, I know a guy at the inspection/emission station that passes me for $50.00 and I haven't been caught yet"
I think some people have different impressions of "street legal".
I don't think tire width itself is a issue for most states, I think most only require that your tires are inside the fenders. And of course alot of states have emissions and most have state inspections that you must pass.
