Best 60 fts on Street tire? How?

Hi guys,
I'm attending a track event this friday. And wanted to know what kind of 60 fts. everyone is getting? And without the help from Drag radials or Slicks.

I was told in the past to feather it out...around 3200 rpm and with a slight burnout in the water box, will
yield the best 60 fts. Is this true?

A month ago, I was dropping the clutch aroung 4000
and getting too much wheelspin.... right thru 1st gear.
And getting about 2.0 - 2.1 60 fts.

I have the Nitto 555 not R's. With the Kazz diff/ Koni
shocks.

Any suggestions?

thanks
jc.
