Apex seals

Hey guys im rebuildin my half bridge and i am trying to find out what the best seals would be to put in. Its has a single garret to4r turbo and all the other goodies, im tryin to run about 12-14 psi and would like it to last more than 10,000 miles this time. Also is there a better set of spring to put behind the seals? I had a over heating problem and running very pore. Any feed back would help.

Thanks
