Creating a base map... need help.

So I'm in the final stages of puting my fd together and I have a PFC on the way.
First I'll list mods so the question makes more sense.
I have a brand new half bridged motor (being built by precision in denver). I'm running a R85 turbo, 1600 secondaries and 850 primaries. Custom V-mount setup.
Anyhow I know the pfc comes with a relatively stock base map, but I need to know how you guys setup one for a specific setup like mine... so that I can A) break in the motor and B) get it to run well enough to tune on a dyno (also make it to the dyno).
I don't need a super great tune untill I get it to the dyno and the car is broken in, however i DO need to be able to drive it below 5lbs of boost to break it in and actually get it to a place to tune, then it'll need to make a run to adjust from.
Do you guys just make it stupid rich everywhere and run relaxed timing on your first startup? I wonder about that because if I left it with the stock base map, it'll probably be fine putting around with no boost, but if I were to put it on the dyno to tune it... it would blow up.
