I'm not letting the secret out here in too much detail but there is a quad GT90r turbo setup coming out for the single rotor engine, tests show NEGATIVE lag.

this is the must have kit for the season.

You're all crazy! You need to duct the turbo inlet to the radiator fan so that the airflow will pre-spool the turbo. That's how they do it in Japan for drifting.

I saw one setup with two ducts (made from carbon fiber of course!) directing the radiator-passed-air into the quad turbo setup.

Of course this made the spool so fast that the car was bought by Google for further research and testing.
