Will the Rtek 2.0 allow me to use an aftermarket turbo manifold and wastegate on my mild bridge tII? I am also planning on going T66 with it...I have all of the necessary fuel upgrades but I was told by brian at BNR that even his stage 4 upgrade was inadequate for my motor..
Thanks
Thanks
I'm not sure what you are asking. You can use whateverr manifold you want, it has nothing to do with the ECU.

Your right the question was unclear.. I meant that can the rtek work with stock afm connected to a T66 turbo...Originally Posted by turbo2ltr

It can work, but its probably not the best choice for your situation.
Really, it comes down to how much boost and power your intending
to make, under 1bar and 300rwhp an Rtek will work very well. Above that
it can still work, but its ability to accurately control fuel/timing becomes
lessened.

I was afraid of that.. The car made 342hp while suffering from major boost creep with a TO4E and stock hotside with wastegate ported to 35mm. The boost would go from 10-psi to near 20psi between 4k and 5k rpms.. So standalone is the only logical option...Any preferences?Originally Posted by Henrik

i think that haltech make a plug & play model now for FC's.

Eats, Sleeps, Dreams Rotary
didnt know about that for fc
They have a OBD plugnplay.
K2RD on the other hand has a plug in harness for haltech to rx-7. About the only product they still sell these days.

Maybe its an adaptor harness then, there was a guy here in aust on the ausrotary website that was selling them. He said that they were the new plug & play modle for the fc, so Im not sure if haltech make the adaptor harness or he got them from somewhere else.K2RD on the other hand has a plug in harness for haltech to rx-7.
