need step by step procedure for removing rats nest

i know its been talked about millions of times but im stuck. i need help directly from you guys. i am running a T04S single and i am having problems with the vacuum hoses in the rats nest. instead of changing them i want to eliminate them. once again im sorry for this post to come up again.
