Angry shineautoproject

Hi,

i have some issues with shineauto. I talked with "Ken" via email and ordered a fd3s undertray. But after sending the money via paypal i heard nothing from him. No confirmation or anything although on their website it is stated that customers will receive a confirmation after the payment is done. I wrote many emails and pm's but he did not reply any. So what should i do now? Is this company scamming me?

I would try calling.

It's not like he's trying to steal your money. I'm sure it's a simple issue and everything will be fine.

i have purchased many items from ken as well, and i have never had any issues at all. he seems to be very busy most of the time. like someone already suggested, give him a shout. he isn't a scammer.

When it comes to wanting to communicate with people you shouldn't solely really on Emails as they are easily lost and even more easily forgotten. I wouldn't be surprised if when Ken opened his emails he has more than 100 new legitimate emails per day.

Give him a call he has always answered me promptly and his service has always been exceptional everytime I order.

When I ordered my kit recently, he told me they're having compatibility issues with windows 7 and the program the use to receipts. He never replied to my emails or pms. He told me he gets TONS of them. Calling is the best.

Got to put my two into this...

Ken is a super busy guy, with a very small staff, hand making all the body parts bro..You need to chill the **** out and give the guy some time...He will get back to you...

Sometimes he can be hard to get a hold of, even when he/she go to his warehouse in person, but either way has great customer service, great working staff, and great products..

So go sit in the corner and relax...lol...

i placed a 2k dollar order with ken and had CC issues and he resolved them within the same day and told me to just send a check which i did and then maybe 1-2 weeks later i got everything i ordered all in perfect shape. Took a little longer than usual because the hood was made to order other than that the whole process/transaction was flawless.

no one likes to wonder what is going on with their money.

that said i am also quite guilty of not getting back to customers in a prompt manner so i know how it goes.

And you need to watch your language and follow your own advice.

The OP is located in Europe, and overseas people are much more prone to getting screwed on a transaction. Can't blame him for being a little trigger-happy.
